Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.

Booking requests: your name, email, company or venue, proposed date, proposed line-up and set times, and any event details you choose to share.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

To respond to and manage booking enquiries (lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).

To send you news about gigs, releases and projects if you have subscribed (lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

To keep the website secure and understand how it is used (lawful basis: our legitimate interests).

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us run the site, send email and manage bookings, and only as far as needed. They act on our instructions and must keep your data secure.

Where a provider is based outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

We never sell your personal data.

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Booking enquiry data is kept for up to 6 years after our last contact, for contractual and tax purposes. Technical data is kept for no longer than 26 months.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
